BSU Student Summit 2025
REGISTRATION
Registration closes on September 27th for High school clubs ONLY. The Middle School Workshop is scheduled for December 3rd, 2025 for our middle school clubs. That registration is opening soon.
Advisors, please complete one registration for your entire Club. For CCSD schools, your bus transportation was reserved with your transportation request, if completed by Sept 15th. Otherwise, you will need to secure your own transportation. If so, please do so prior to registering for the Summit. Your total registration may not exceed what you've requested in your bus transportation. Due to capacity we may need to limit each clubs participation to allow for more clubs to attend. Thank you!

1) NO JEANS PLEASE. Business casual preferred. You may wear your 2025 conference t-shirt with slacks or skirts.
2) Dinner is provided. Please indicate any vegetarian meals needed in your registration below
3) Souvenir T-shirts will be provided. An order form is forthcoming via email to those Advisors that confirm by the deadline.
4) Breakout sessions w/descriptions is forthcoming with program to share with those participating.
5) It is suggested to request early lunch on your campus for attendees, so students can eat prior to their bus pick-up as dinner is served later in the day. Snacks are provided along with bottle water.
6) Space is limited to 460 students and advisors, so get your registration in. Please keep in mind that accurate count is appreciated so we can accommodate as many students as possible. Thank you for the consideration.
