Empowering Futures: Middle School Workshop 2024
REGISTRATION
Registration closes on October 14th, 2024. Middle school clubs ONLY. The Middle School Workshop is scheduled for December 10th, 2024 at the Galaxy Theaters at Boulevard Mall from 9:00a - 1:00p.
Advisors, please complete one registration for your entire Club. Remember, space is limited to 210 students and advisors.

NOTE:
1) NO JEANS PLEASE. Business casual preferred.
2) Lunch is provided. Please indicate any vegetarian meals needed in your registration below
3) Souvenir T-shirts will be provided. An order form is forthcoming via email to those Advisors confirmed
4) Breakout sessions w/film and activity descriptions is forthcoming with program
6) Space is limited to 210 students and advisors, so get your registration in ASAP. Please keep in mind that accurate count is appreciated so we can accommodate as many students as possible. Thank you for the consideration.
7) Bus transportation is provided by Central Office, CTE Department via charter buses. You do not need to request bus transportation. CTE Dept will forward required forms to complete. Thank you.
